I’ve had it with attorneys who try and tell prospective clients that mediation is no good for their case, that they won’t be protected and all kinds of crazy stuff that just isn’t true.
Never mind that if their clients come to mediation they’ll save 90% off the attorney’s fees. That couldn’t be a reason that litigation attorneys say, “I believe in mediation, but not in YOUR case,” could it?
